I am seeking a position in which I can develop and excel while giving my best to an employer. I am a loyal and dedicated individual who has an ambition to succeed in whatever I do. I have extensive experience in the automatic control industry, as well as video and DVD production and I am always up to a new challenge.

Performed design and drafting services for companies that did not have the need for a full time draftsman/designer. Created graphic designs for advertisements, letterheads, logos, control panels, etc.
Videography, video editor, DVD authoring and packaging and distribution of video of weddings, events, sports, training and education, meetings, seminars, personal video biography and travel videos, etc.

Worked with various companies and engineers using different design and drafting disciplines.
Completed DVD's of many functions, events, as well as DVD's for corporations.

Design and layout of control system panels. Including schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, etc. Integration of programmable controllers and computer controlled sysytems. Use of data acquisition and control software. Create graphic screens for use with data acquisition and control software. Work with sales department, engineers and clients from the onset through the completion of projects. Order parts from suppliers. Work with panel fabrication companies and assembly and wiring persons. Create operating manuals and assist with installation of systems onsite.

I was the first person employed by AdvanTech and from the start helped with it's growth. The company has grown to fifteen employees with positions such as sales, engineering, assembly and wiring, bookkeeper, receptionist as well as other design draftsman whom I supervised. Found and created ways to expedite the timing of projects to the extreme satisfaction of my employer and the company's clients.

Completed all documentation as a one man design drafting department. Learned to operate and customize a CAD system through a course conducted by AutoCAD, manuals and time on the system. Engaged in projects with clients such as W.R. Grace, General Motors, Mobil Chemical, Engelhard Corporation, Merck and Company, etc. Created a professional design department and was able to bring effective solutions to complex design problems.

Worked with various companies and engineers using different design and drafting disciplines. Received numerous offers of positions from some of these clients and accepted a position of design draftsman with Industrial Automated Systems, Inc.

To work directly with three engineers in the design of electrical control systems for process control, production control and temperature control. Create and produce all drawing documentation. Update and revise drawing files.

The drafting position for this company had been unfilled for four months and upon obtaining employment with the company I managed to create all of the drawings required for this previous time as well as the current projects. Created designs and documentation that was far superior to what had been done by the previous draftsmen. On two occasions job shoppers were brought in to assist on large projects. I acted as drafting supervisor, supplying and checking work. Contributed to the exceptional growth of this company. The principal owner of the company died and the company was dissolved.
